Infiniti Releases First Image of Infiniti JX Concept (Now With More Pics)

I'm just saying that the smooth silky cover is gorgeous and the artistry of anticipation the picture conveys is amazing!

Or, I'm just not jazzed about the style - it's not for me. The looks remind me of the Benz R or Honda CRV. Of course, I expect the quality to greatly surpass the CRV and maybe the R, but I'm not in the market for this type of vehicle. For added size and room, I'd prefer to go QX. The cover sure is pretty thou!

He has a "I don't an f what you think of my design" attitude.

Overall, I see the JX as a Murano EXT.

No exhaust pipes?

Maybe this thing is battery powered or could it be that Infiniti is doing the VW Beetle thing and they are hiding the exhaust pipes underneath the bumper. I hope not especially that Infiniti is based on performance and sportiness. Otherwise it looks okay and the pricing better less than the monstrous QX56. How about a diesel?

I like it a lot! Came out much better than the early pictures suggested. I think I pictured it as more of a larger EX, but these lines look much better with the bigger size.

However, I've seen FWD and CVT pop up a few times in the thread, which is unfortunate.

I like the interior design (there's a few pix on netcarshow.com and a 360-degree view on Infiniti's main site) and the size of the vehicle. I agree that the front fascia looks better on this JX than on the upcoming '12 FX. But with FWD, it seems like the JX is meant to be more van-like than a performance SUV/CUV. I still prefer the FX
