Infiniti Logo Projecting Door Courtesy Lights DIY

Thanks again for the write-up! Put mine in last night and it only took a little over an hour. This has got to be the easiest door panel that I've ever removed haha

That's what I was thinking! This thread is a useful just door panel removal DIY as well, I couldn't find a very good one before I made this.
 
I thought about putting these on the rear hatch door as well... just don't know if there is enough room to mount it inside the panel or not...

So I found some lights that seem to have a smaller body and they should definitely fit in the hatch door panel.... but where to run the wires for power is the problem lol Any ideas? I was thinking to the cargo dome light, but that could be a huge pain!
 
This reminds me of another thread (on infinitifx.org), the mod was an overlay for the third brake light of the FX that would make it say infiniti, and in the thread everyone bashed the guy and said it looks lame and there is no reason to broadcast the logo like that and all this non-sense. I didn't mind it so much, I was impartial, I thought it looked very unique much like this mod.

That thread is a perfect example of why I do not go on that forum except to buy stuff.
