Infiniti fx35 leak

I'm having fx35 2008 bought 1 year back on 2017, I'm living in Dubai and I have small leak between Gear and Engine so I'm not sure when I fix this shall I do flush for transmission fluids or just replace old with new

Could this be where you are leaking oil from?
