Infiniti Fx35 09 Heating Seat warms up for 2 minuts then it turns off (not working)

fx35 09.
When I turn on my driver side Heating seat , it warms up or works for about 2 minutes then it turns off.
When that happens the led light on the knob turns off and will not work until I shot down the car.

The cooling function works great, It can be on for ever but the heating function turns off.
My passenger heating seat works great and it can be on and on.

I found in on google other people were experiencing the same problem with the M35 not fx .
they fixed it by replacing the ccs module. however I cant find that module for the fx35.

might be something else ..any help?

Hi there. I haven't been on here for a while and just noticed your thread. I am sure you have already fixed the problem but for others they may be looking at this.....I had the same problem and it was fixed under warranty. My invoice from Sewell states that it was a problem with the driver's seat back TEDS unit. They replaced the TEDS unit.

Hope this info helps someone. The heater worked fine for 5 years and then just quit. I will say I pretty much use the heater daily during almost all weather so it lasted quite a while. No problems with the cooling function on driver's side, just heat function. Never a problem with heating or cooling on the passenger side.

I had a similar problem Some time ago, where the seat warmers just shut off randomly. The dealer told me it was due to lack of ventilation in the seat and If the heaters get too warm they shut off for safety reasons. The dealer added more ventilation and the problem hasn't happened to me since. Honestly, not sure what they did to improve the ventilation but it did the trick, for me at least.
