Infiniti has launched a special Black and White edition of the FX model which is limited to 500 units.
Available exclusively in Europe, the limited-run model is based on the S Premium trim level and can be ordered in either Moonlight White or Obsidian Black. It rides on 21-inch turbine-style silver alloys and comes with the Around View Monitor system featuring corner parking sensors, park guidance and moving object detection.
Inside it gets black lacquer and soft aniline leather sports seats with light grey stitching that can also be found on the gearshift knob, steering wheel and door trims. The Infiniti FX Black and White comes with a touchscreen display sat-nav system with a hard drive, along with Intelligent Cruise Control system, Add in Continuous Damping Control shock absorbers and Rear Active Steering.

That's cool, seems like it's the Europe version of the limited edition here just in white or black. Last year they had a all white millionaire edition which was the exact same thing as the 2013 LE here in the USA
 
It looks the same as ours except for a couple small things (as mentioned above): the diamond pattern on the seats, the adjustable sport suspension, and the paddle shifters. I can't tell if it's an FX37 or an FX50S. No pics from the back!
 
I still can't figure out why the 2012-2013 models they took away diamond stitching on the seats, aluminum pedals, paddle shifters and make you pay more money for it now. 2009-2011 models all FX models including bases models got diamond stitching on the seats. One of the nice touches I love about my FX :)!

Ya I know, they should have kept the diamond stitched seats and the paddle shifters, the rest I don't care about. I def want the paddle shifters and im going to install them soon.

It's the diesel model of the FX. If you look at the TACH it maxes out at 6000 RPM
