Ok having an issue here:

No offense to Marus since I understand people have lives and things to do. Anyways I sent him the money over a week ago through Paypal after he told me to send the money to his Paypal and he would ship it right away. I told him I sent the money and he never replied after that. No reply, no returned email, nothing. Like I said earlier I understand people have lives and things happen, but just like him I work for my money and paid for a service he offers and expect the product I paid for. If he didn't want to ship it in the first place he shouldn't of told me to send him money. And it's not a little bit of money either.

Please no suggestions of taking it through a PM. I already attempted every possible way of contacting him with no reply.
 
I have not tried to say anything either but I sent some money also thru PayPal for the mirror covers. I sent him a PM and the payment and it's already been taken out of my account and I have not heard anything regarding the mirror covers.
 
Still no reply from Marus. Boy this sucks :-(

I'm going to give it a few more days and if no reply I will have Paypal forcefully take my money back. It's a shame too considering I really wanted these lights from him:thumpdown.::thumpdown.::thumpdown.:
 
I'm thinking about doing the same thing the only issue is that he told me to put it as personal that way PayPal old not harge him fees. I'm not sur if anyone on here is good friends with him to get in contact with him to see what's going on.
 
Anyone in here on the scene knows Marus personally to see what's going on? Specially since my money has been already deposited to his account and no news regarding the mirror covers.
 
i have his cell # and would call him but i havent seen him since our may meet LAST yr so i doubt hes even gonna remember me. Any chicago guys here closer to Marus that talked to him recently that could help these guys out??
 
So Marus responded to my text two weeks ago and said he was going to send me the mirrors and refund me the money. However I have ot heard back from him again and I texted him again which is pointless. I just checked on PayPal and I can't really make a claim regarding the money since Marus requested the money be transferred as personal. PayPal says since no product was purchased I can't make a claim. I think it's BS bc I sent him the payment a month ago and I have not received anything. He might be having some situation but he should not be taking the money if he can't complete the job. He sells these on eBay too and I wonder ow many others have gotten screwed. I don't know if anyone here is close friends with I'm to find out whats going on bc again it's BS he took the money but no items have been shipped in a month.
 
That was the same question mark that I had few months ago. He told me to send money thru Paypal as a gift but I didn't do it ....GL

I don't usually get involved with other ppl's business on ebay or selling on forums but Ocal, I think you're SOL for now....

here's ebay feedback page: http://myworld.ebay.com/extremeautoparts_pl/ , his parts are still listed and a sucker born every minute. At least thru ebay, it has the "ebay buyer protection" policy.
 
Guys from everything I've seen on here Marus is a stand up guy. Sometimes life gets in the way, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt until someone can find out what's going on.

Ocal I wanna see these things after you install them. I might have to pick up a set.
 
That's just a bunch of BS on his part, if hes going thru hard times ought now he should lose down his eBay account for a while and his PayPal account. Bc my money was deposited a month ago and no response at all. It's aggravating I was actually on to have them installed when the BBK arrives but I guess that wont be possible at all now.
