Infiniti EX35 2008 O2 sensor issue

Hello,
Issue: P2A00 ($07e8) O2 sensor Circuit Range/Performance Bank1-Sensor1
my mechanic replaced both sensors on Bank1 but after clearing an error it's keeps coming back with in a week or so

any idea what could be the problem
and is it true that after replacing sensors you will have to make your car relearn by driving certain way
 
I'm probably not much help but I have similar issue as far as the O2 sensor on bank 1 is blowing a code. I've ordered the new sensor and hoping my light issue will improve. I also had a driver side front ABS speed sensor that's bad and is in the mail also. I'm planning to replace the ABS sensor but the O2 I promised the mechanic (who did the diagnostics for free) I'd have him install it. Any future issues I'll attempt to replace.
