Infiniti Elite Extended Warranty Price Quotes

Bought the extended warranty yesterday. I faxed over my dealer invoice paper from a week and a half ago because they need to confirm the mileage I have is correct.

Payed a 9% processing fee + $3300 for 5years/60K miles so my warranty will expire in 2017 or 108K miles.
 
I just bought a 2010 FX from a dealer on 9/29 and went ahead and bought the elite extended on the spot....2018 / 120k for $2695...it just made sense!

True but looking at the price sheet the dealer showed me you did OK...my view is you probably need to only use it once esp with electronics and it's worth it.
 
I agree about the electronics. For an exmaple I have the tech package with the active turning headlights and since that uses a motor who knows if it craps out. One headlight on this car is $2600 for just one. I'm not made of money and couldn't afford a repair like that. Just using that as an example although I know it won't ever have a problem still you never know (knocks on wood). I prefer to be safe than sorry with those kind of things.
 
Aaron: Did the dealer require an inspection of your FX before you got the quote?
 
This is what I was quoted from Sherry @ circle infiniti for the elite warranty. Keep in mind my factory warranty already expired...I'm at 61k miles.

Thank you for your inquiry today.  As we discussed, I will put you on an 18 month payment plan for your Elite plan.

 Price for 36months/36K miles will be 2550. With $255 due at purchase, your payments will be $127.56/month x 18. No tax for out of state customers. Extendable for two more years as long as it's done under 100k miles. 27 point inspection required. April 2nd all rates will be increased for all infiniti owners needing elite coverage.

Thoughts on this??

Called the warranty dept at Pepe today to see what they'd quote me and Bryan wouldn't even talk to me over the phone. He said I'd have to "come in and go over the different types of warranties with him in person". Really??

how did u give her the copy of inspection report? i talked my dealer. they said everything is in the computer so all the other person need is to check it from their computer. so i am confused when i emailed the elite protection sales rep and she said she needs a copy of the report.
