Infiniti enters the 2017 model year with an expanded model lineup – anchored by the late summer U.S. arrivals of the all-new Infiniti QX30 premium active crossover and the return of the iconic Infiniti Q60 sports coupe. The new models signal the next phase of the brand's global growth strategy and come at a time when Infiniti continues to set sales records around the word.
The QX30, offered in a range of four two-wheel and two four-wheel configurations, is created for a new generation of premium buyers who appreciate category-defying design inside and out. The QX30's highly sculpted exterior, unique crossover stance and asymmetric cabin design exemplify Infiniti's design-lead approach to product development.
The all-new Infiniti Q60, a style leader since its original inception, offers a compelling combination of daring design and exhilarating performance and dynamics. The third-generation of Infiniti's renowned sports coupe is offered in a range of two-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations and three powerplants – including the new 400 horsepower 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo that it shares with the popular Infiniti Q50 sports sedan.
Speaking of the Q50, Infiniti's best-selling vehicle, it follows the significant powertrain enhancements for 2016 (which included all-new 2.0 turbo and 3.0 twin-turbo engines and a new Dynamic Digital Suspension) with new 2.0t Sport and 2.0t Sport AWD models and a new Design Package for V6-equipped Sport models.
In other major enhancements for 2017, the seven-seat Infiniti QX60 receives an updated 3.5-liter V6 direct injection engine, with horsepower now rated at 295 hp (from the previous 265 hp), an available Motion Activated Liftgate and the addition of Infiniti InTouchTM with 8.0-inch touch screen color vehicle information display.
The Infiniti QX70 offers a new Limited Package with unique front fascia, LED daytime running lights, new grille, special high-contrast Graphite and Stone-colored interior treatment and more. Two new exterior colors are available on all 2017 QX70 models.
The flagship of Infiniti's SUV lineup, the Infiniti QX80, receives revised package content, a new Mocha Almond exterior color, low-contrast Wheat interior treatment and Trailer Sway Control function. The Infiniti QX50 follows last year's major revision – which included revised styling, a longer wheelbase and roomier cabin – with revised package content. A new 19-inch Wheel and Tire Package is also added.
Finally, the 2017 Infiniti Q70 adds the Premium Select Edition to the Q70L long-wheelbase model. Available last year only on the standard wheelbase Q70, it includes unique exterior and interior accents, sport brakes, unique 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels and a rear decklid spoiler.
Key changes to the 2017 Infiniti lineup include, but are not limited to, the following:
Q Specific:
Infiniti Q-Line: Sedans and Coupes
