That's actually how I measured them when I set em

I've been driving it for a few days now and I guess things have settled. But the height is off on each side by anywhere from 1/4" to 3/8". Normal?

Let it settle a little more and re-adjust.

Biggest problem is getting a nice level area to measure all the time.

Alignment will tell you how much you'll need. Fronts need the most.
