Hey guys,

Just wondering where you local Torontonians source your In-Cabin Microfilters?
I need to replace it soon and wondering what you guys have done.

I`ve see some links to some US based web sites, but I`m trying to avoid duties etc..

Thanks for your time and help.

Have you checked how much they go for at the dealers?
they may not be worth importing.

Why not just get a $15 Fram carbon activated cabin filter from Wallyworld or local parts store? Regardless of Fram's oil filter reputation the cabin filter I got seemed like a quality piece and even included foam strips for seals. In fact it seems like a better quality filter compared to the original OEM filter it replaced. It's not like it is a critical filter for engine operation. Just saying. :smile (2):

Nice, thanks for the part #. I know there is a DIY here for the 2nd gen, pretty easy.
You clean or replace your seat filter yet ?

I checked mine last around 35k and it was much cleaner than I thought. It's easy to check. Life up seat, put hand under, and turn to pull it out just to see.

I have the filters just in case when I do plan to replace but seems like will be awhile. They are expensive! I'm surprised dealers don't push replacing these and is not part of the multipoint inspection. Pure profit.

I finally changed my filter - the dealers carbon cabin filter ended up being cheaper than ebay. Ebay was expensive due to shipping and duties.
The Dealers filter was $50 taxes in, so I was okay with that.

The DIY guide was awesome and easy to follow. I also took the time to clean my seat filters too.

Onwards to engine filters..

Because most dealers don't even know that our rides have seat filters for the air conditioning seats lol. First time I asked the dealer about them they looked at me like I had two heads.

Waste of money paying the dealer for it anyways since it takes no less than 5 minutes lol.

By the way the grape polyphenol filters for the cabin filter off the FX50 is the best IMO. It's the one I installed on my DIY on here:
