from the looks of it, most guys running on H&R or Eibach Springs.. well my main question is.. do i need a camber kit with any of these springs ? also how much of a drop will i get ? i'm going to stick with the 20" stock rims..
 
no camber kit....

eibachs give a little bit more of a drop than hr's according to the drop thread:

I replaced my springs last summer, never did any sort of alignment, and the tires seem fine, albeit the rears are quite worn, though uniformly.
 
In the sticky on suspension there's a bunch of links to vendors that carry H&R there's an eBay auction on a set for $249.99 but I'm in no hurry to purchase the springs so i'm just waiting on someone to post theirs for sale or an ebay auction where I can use the 10-30% microsoft cashback+ebay+paypal discount with.
 
It would be nice to see a pic of both a H&R and Eibach set up side by side...

From what I have gathered from researching so far:

H&R = sits slightly higher, nice balance between handling & responsiveness and ride quality, smoother and more refined over harsh roads
Eibach = sits lower, much firmer and offers a more responsive and direct handling experience, harsher ride quality

I want purely performance benefits so I'm leaning towards the Eibach Pro-kit right now. But all my other cars have had H&R and I have been extremely happy with every one of them. :confused:

i really wish i could have at least tried out the eibach's. cant say i ever consider anything a stiff ride. probably would have gotten eibachs, but i couldnt pass up on these h&r's. local, and about $150. no regrets here.
