If someone hasn't already said it or you haven't already done it check crank position sensor! I had similar issue and I found after a month or two that I had a signal wire that got hot some how. And the crank and cam position sensors I bought were all junk. Was nothing wrong with my original ones. I bought 3 sensors, altenator, battery VVTs, plugs and pigtails. LOL and the pigtail was the part that pointed out the real issue!!! GL
