My ing & eccs cont fuse keep blowing after giving someone a jump no I'm stuck on the side of the road I need help

one more thing the radiator fan stays on but the fuel pump doesn't come on

Update did some troubleshooting find number 5 coil burned. I hope thats it

Where did you connect the negative end of the jumper cable on your car? It lower your the risks of fried some electronic on your car if you clip the negative to the body instead of the negative post of the battery.

It was attach to negative end of the battery. You think the ECM could have gotten fried. And where is the ECM located on this fx35

so on the dead car hook up to positive and negative battery. on the good car, hook up positive then find a good bare spot as a negative? where would be a good place to hook that up?
 
Ah... sorry guy, got my negative lead connected incorrectly in the previous post....
On the good working car, connect the red (positive) lead to the positive battery post, connect the black lead to the negative battery post.
On the dead battery car, connect the red (positive) lead to positive battery post, connect the black (negative) to the bare metal instead of the negative battery post.

About your coil issue, move the coil pack to another cylinder and see if it pops up the same code or if the code follows that coil to the new location. If it doesn't follow the coil it could be the plug or wire. This trick helps determine whether it's the coil, plug, or connection is the issue.
 
There is no code each time i replace the fuse for the ing and eccs cont as i turn the ignition keytechnician key it burn out. Keep in mind the fuel pump never primed engine and a radiator fans stay on
