Right now i have the gtspec stb and love it. I feel as though i need something in the back now. I really only want to add one brace in the rear. So what would be the next best noticeable brace? The rear lateral brace, rear tie, 4 point ladder or mid chasis brace. From my readings i should be going with the real lateral brace. Just want to get some feedback from people with experience. Thank you in advance

I had only the lateral in the rear, didnt make a huge difference but what ive heard it all works together. For example, rear tie and lateral work best together.

I put mine on one at a time. I felt the back stiffen when you get both braces in the back. The one that makes a huge difference was the front lower.

I would do the rear tie and lateral for starters. Then front and lastly mid chassis. True, they all work great as a package. Get them all at some point

Agreed...I noticed more of a difference as I added each one. Last one I need to do is the 4 points ladder....will probly do it soon

So the rear lateral and rear tie should be my next. I really don't want all the braces, just the most effective two but if you say the rear tie and lateral work good together then maybe i will have to buy both. If i just went with the rear lateral would i feel a difference

Can't say. Just get both. They're the cheapest ones and you will feel the diff. The rear will feel much more planted.
Do you have other suspension mods?

I install one brace at a time. My first was the STB. I felt the my tail is all over the place on hard corner. The rear lateral was my next. It did help the rear. Then the rear tie, which I didn't feel any difference.

The biggest single difference I felt was the lower engine brace. But I have a mid chassis I haven't installed yet so we'll see if it does better. Some say it's the most effective one. Lower rear lateral helped some, it was noticeable.

Sort of a moot point though since the only braces available right now are STB, rear lower lateral and rear tie. Others won't be made unless they get an order for 5 or more.
