I am hearing a fan sound when the air is off

I recently had posted saying I heard a fan sound when the air is on, but recently I tested it and it actually stays on when the air is off. I know the engine has a buzz sound, but I also hear a fan-like sound. Any ideas of what it could be?
 
please do not post two seperate threads on the same subject.

Sounds like your thermostat is bad...watch closely for overheating.
