how to skip folders on the mp3 file disc.?

I have the 2007 FX35 without the entertainment system.
I did try to burn the mp3 songs (different folders) on a DVD disc, but the BOSE player don't know what it's.
then I burn the songs on a CD. The Bose can play it good, But, I really don't know how to skip the folders to pick songs. just next track button on the steering wheel or on the head unit.
or maybe there no such function, I have to listen to the song one by one..

any idea?

when i burn my mp3 cds, i dont use folders. i jsut burn it as a mp3 data disc

how do you pick a song to listen from the disc?
let me say the 72nd song from the whole file? keep press next button? or any other better way?
