Do you guys know if theres anyway to gain access to the quarter panel to push a dent out? A small hole somewhere?

front or rear?

Through the fender liner would probably be your best bet on the front, 2nd gen rear I have no idea.

Rear has no "liner" per se so you would have to remove the interior hatch panels. Even then, you may or not be able to get to it since there is another layer of metal with a few openings, but not full direct access to the actual quarter panel skin.

Maybe try something like this.....

^^I have one. It only works on very big dents where it can get suction on the inside of the dent. At that, its very hard to pull the actual dent out.

the dent is kinda big but i used some hot glue and wooden dowels and was able to pop out most of it. The suction cups are kinda to big and the hotglue isnt strong enough to get the other dents. Ill probably go to a PDR sooner or later but just trying to pop out as much as i could for now.
