How does the 09 FX35 ride?

So I've had my 09 FX35 for a few days now, here's what I think so far:

Rides awesome...I really like this thing! Love all the toys/camera angles and options, hard drive, ipod interface - sick stuff...

However, one thing is stickin out and it's sort of buggin me... Again, I've only had it for a few days now so I haven't even broken it in yet. I'm just shy of 300 miles already, and I've noticed this "whooing" noise sounding like it's coming from the engine when I'm at a steady 60-70mph... It's one of those sounds that you can't miss, it's not loud and obnoxious, yet really irritating... I mean... I heard it over the music, which I play pretty loud most times. It almost sounds like a window is slightly cracked and airs coming in, that spooky wind noise - I'm trying to describe it best I can, but it's definetly coming from the engine. I hold the gas pedal cruising at the same mph, and it's constant. I let the gas pedal go and the sound stops...really weird... maybe it's the exhaust?? Will it go away? ...is this friggin thing a lemon? I don't know....what do you guys think?

Does it have the fender vent things??? Maybe its the air passing thru that.
 
Sounds like my friend's problem with his Acura TSX. He said it was something related to the windshield seal. But that shouldn't happen to FX.
