How do you remove interior ( wood ) door trim

Hello,

How do you remove the interior door wood trim in 2009 FX35.. not a big fan of wood, trying to wrap it in CF

I was thinking just pry it with a tool, please help before I brake something.

My guess is that you need to uninstall the whole door cover and remove the wood trim from the inside, but I'm not 100% sure

You have to remove the door finisher completely, there are some screws that holds the plastic trim and chrome trim. Do not try to pry it out from the outside it will not budge.
 
thanks a lot, I will try wrapping it without taking it off, will post pix if anyone is interested how it came out, as soon this site lets me post pix
