I have a question regarding my in cabin micro filter or AC system. A couple of months ago I attended a family dinner in which I was told to pick up a pre-cooked ham from a local BBQ shop. When I picked up the ham I layed it on the passenger floor board in a packaged tray. Ever since that day I can not seem to get rid of the nasty ham smell from my car. I am 100% positive that no spillage or leaks occured while transporting the ham. I have detailed, air freshened, and frebrezed the crap out of my car but the smell keeps coming back. The smell is considered fainted but strong enough to detect. Right before this happened I had just replaced my in cabin microfilter. The only thing I could think of that is causing my problem is that maybe the smell from the ham somehow tainted the micro filter since it's right above the passenger floor board. I took it out and smelled it but it looked and smelled normal. My heater was on at the time so could it some how sucked the smell in to the system? Any ideas? :frown:
