How can i open up my front headlights?

Hi im changing my Left and Right projector lenses and i need help in how to open it up and put it back together without any damage?

thanks bro, wow i searched and searched couldnt find it, i knew there had to be a post, but what do u think the oven step, wouldnt that damage the headlights or fade the front clear plastic?

Lots of people open them up in the oven with out problems so I think you'll be ok, I opened mine up with a heat gun. It takes longer but gets the job done

heat gun to the glue, pry open from the reflector side tip

I have seen one guy in japan use a larger cardboard box and a hair dryer. basically seal up the box real well and stick the HL inside and blown hot air inside. ..worth a try if you dont wan to use an ove.

opening is not an issue [excellent DIY], but how do u close it afterwards?

just reverse the process (put them back in oven to re-heat glue)
