High Pitch Noise from Speakers

Hi all,
I've got high pitch noise from a front speaker from time to time.
When it comes, the pitch whistles as I rev up.
I already took this to the dealer two times, but the noise didn't come and they couldn't find why.
Anyone had this issue before?
Any idea or any solution?

Sounds like a bad ground. Did you change speakers lately?

No I didn't add or replace anything.
Before it happens, the fuse for the center console cigar jack blew up a few times...
How can I check the grounding and how can I fix it?

You can take the speaker cover off, unscrew the 4 philip's head screws, and dangle around the wires while it's playing something and listen for it to distort. Now don't take this as "pull on them," but rather jiggle it around I guess...

If it happens when you're jiggling those wires around, your problem is near the surface, otherwise it could be closer to the amplifier, I don't remember where that specific amp is though... behind the head unit?

Solved...
My lazy service manager at the dealership decides to replace speakers.
If there is any wire issue they will see.
