High Flow Cats Opinion

Hello all,
I am currently looking at BERK or ERZ's CNT High Flow Cats for my 05 FX35 AWD.
As for performance mods, I have Stillen Intake Kit w/ Z-Tube, 5/16 Motordyne Plenum Spacer and Invidia Gemini Cat Back Exhaust installed.
I know some people say Invidia + High Flow Cats = LOUD but others say the noise doesn't get loud that much and drone could actually go away.
What is the biggest benefit of High Flow Cats?
Is it just purely for sound?
Of course I know there will be some power gain but noticeable?
MPG increase?
Would really appreciate others' opinions/suggestions especially people who already have HFCs on their FXs.
Thanks a lot! :iS:

I recently purchased AAM HFC's and hope to have them on within a few days so I will update once I have time to get them on. I'm hoping Thursday morning. Had details all day since Sunday as well as one tomorrow so that took out any free time.

Personally, I view them as a mod that will add a little of bit sound and free up the exhaust too. Nothing too dramatic like test pipes, but certainly better than stock.

The stock cats are a bit TOO REISTRiCTIVE.. ...if you have already purchased an invidia kit, it would be best to complete the system (missing headers though) ... I would suggest you go for the berk HFC's...

A friend of mine is really happy with them ... I dont have any HFC's on mine but when i put on my test pipes , the sound of the car was awesome ... Then again it wen my car is loud :P .... + i really did feel the difference and so did my friend .....
