Hidden Hitch is touching my exhaust!

Ok so i just installed a hidden hitch on my 03 fx35 and it is hitting the exhaust in the rear. It making alot of cabin noise and im extremely upset about it. Has anyone had this happen or can anyone give me a fix? Thanks guys

Is it hitting the muffler or pipe? Stock exhaust system?

Its hitting the actual muffler. And i bought the hidden hitch 9000 series
