Has anyone tried these HID/halo driving/fog lights?

Or has anyone found any good HID driving lights - with a real HID projector lens and HID front lens...

I reread the aution and it says that they are HID ready... which likely means that it is really not much diferent that the regular fog lights except that it has a curved lens up front....
