HID D2S bulbs

i just purchased a pair of hid D2S bulbs from retrofitsource. After the installation i found out that my driver's side bulb is brighter than the one on the passenger's side. Is that the bulb has problem or somethings went wrong when i replaced the bulbs ? it has been 2 weeks already and it keeps bothering me.

Re-seat the bulb. If you did not install them perfectly straight, the light pattern is horrible. If that does not correct the issue, ask retrofit for a new bulb.

when i got my bulbs one was a different color too. Take a pic with the lights shining on a wall and send them to retrofit. They'll send you a new bulb

I had re-installed it once and nothing had changed. So I think i will take a pic and get new bulbs from retro.
Is there any chance about the problem of the angle of the lights ?

Naw, if simply a swap of bulbs, it can only goes in one correct way. Swap the stock bulbs back in to make sure the ballast is working good. Also what wattage are the new bulbs. You know our ballast is for a 35W bulbs right?
