Hi! new to car mod world! EX35 (general questions)

Hello,
I'm new to this world, and have no idea where to begin. Hoping to get some insights here.

Long story short, I used to own a custom-built 2002 Infiniti QX4 which gave its life to save my life a month ago.
(I'm a fan of customizing stuff but at the time, all I had to do was to tell the salesperson what I wanted)

I bought a used EX35 2010 and I want to change a lot of things if I can. First is the headlights.

I want something like AUDI's strip lights (that look like christmas bulbs), or angel eyes -- halo rings?-- either in bright, bright, halogen-like white. If not possible, just anything brighter and more chic than this dim, yellow buick-truck-like grandpa eyes.

As such, my newbie problems are as follows:

1. When I google EX35 headlights, most of the results I get are FX35 and I'm not sure if they are compatible.
2. I know nothing about cars, so my plan is to get the headlight bulb online and take them to the local mechanic to install them. feasible?
3. How much should I be looking at?
4. Any recommendations?

EX and FX headlights are not the same. The HID bulbs are the same (D2S). Don't see a reason why you should have a mechanic to install your bulbs. It's not hard, maybe a little intimating at first. Basically, just twist the cap of the back side of the hid housing, twist the ignitor off the back side of the bulb, squeeze the metal spring/clip with you fingers that holding the bulb, and then pull the bulb out of the socket.
 
OK I seriously want to pay someone to do this, and you seem to know what you are talking about.
I live in Chicago and have NO idea where to start. Can I just pay you?

1. What model number head light should I be looking for? Also, can you guys tell me the difference between different light bulb style, like aftermarket/halogen/plasma/LED...?
2. Also is it possible to buy strip lights in addition without having to go through like taking apart stuff? (Possible under 200$ together?)

3. I read somewhere that QX70 is the new EX35. Is EX35 compatible with QX 70 light designs?

4. Also my old car used to have Boss surrounding speakers, and speakers on this one (EX35) feels substandard.
Is it just me? and how can I change it? I saw that costco/Best Buy sells car audio system. Do I just purchase a compatible one and take it to the mechanic/
