My first question is it possible to upgrade FX45 2005 > the audio system to a newer model audio system 2006<, the dash board likes the same so I thinking the electronic should not be dufficult to replace, Or is it third party Nagivation unit that can read the same potocol of the audio system for a good interface replacement?

As to your question, it is not possible to upgrade or switch out the 05 audio system to the 06. This has been asked and I think tried in the past. In the end there are too many components that are different not to mention the internal dimensions.
