Hey guys

I am a sport car guy. I have a 2004 G35. But now with a family, I needed something bigger. I have owned SUVs before and they are fine around town, but they completely suck at high speeds -- Like when traveling for example. I felt realistically the FX35 was my only option as it shares the same engine and many of the handling characterstics of my G35. I bought a black on black 2006 FX35 over the weekend with 35,500 miles on it. I had to drive it 4 hrs back to my house. Frankly, I am absolutely pleased with the vehicle. So pleased with it, that I am seriously considering selling my G35. I read so many reviews on how this vehicle was impractical and yada, yada, yada... But, it fit me AND my family perfectly. I don't think I will be doing any mods, but you never know.... If I sell my G, guess where those performance upgrades are going. :)

Welcome to :iS:all thigs FX:tup::tup:
And if your on this site much you will get the mod bug.

J - welcome to IS!

Don't tell yourself you won't mod the FX - there's nothing wrong with making it better according to your own personal tastes. If you like the way it drives now, you can make feel even better. Not to mention improved MPGs, which will pay for performance mods in the long run.

Welcome to the scene. Yeah, don't say your not going to mod it. That is what I said, but the I found the scene, saw so many nice FX's so I had to fix mine up. The bug is gonna bite you.

Drive like a grandma

Yeah, all hunched over the wheel with thick ass glasses.......who said our rides were impractical!!!? Practicality is a big% percentage of why our rides rock. My girls like the ride, i haul lumber in it (carefully :)) and it performs, surprisingly well. With regards to the dark side (mods) create an untraceable offshore account and start from the inside out so nobody notices the work then finish with appearance mods so if you get called out its too late.....

You are going to love the ride, I do every day.
