hey guys noob question . but please help!

hey guys i have a 2004 fx35 and its time for an oil change . i bought mobil1 5w 30 non synthetic oil . but i check the forums n i see everyone is putting synthetic . im pretty new to my fx . can i do the oil change with the non synthetic n will it run fine? . my next oil change im for sure going synthetic . just asking cuz i dont wanna throw away the money i spent on the non synthetic oil n have to go buy synthetic . stupid of me i shouldve asked what oil to get before i bought it . what u guys think ?

if you already have synthetic in the motor I would avoid doing a change to non then back... not a huge deal really but for the <$20 or so I'd avoid it...
