hey guys, whats up, just want to introduce myself here, the scene looks like THE place for modded fx's, humberto's been inviting me to join for a while now, finally did
my name is John & I own a bodyshop in brooklyn. been working on cars since I was a kid, & been building cars since I was a kid too, I'm pretty into performance & used to drag race alot. I'm also an audio nut, built a few competition systems & had a car stereo shop for a while, def a sq freak, my other thing is computers, so I guess it's only natural for me to integrate them into my installs too.
I've done some mods to my fx & I want to do some more, I can't belive how much I really like the fx, I'm so glad I winded up with one:wub:
my 2 biggest mods so far are installing an 07 dash in my 03 fx with a 10.4" touchscreen pc all molded & factory looking, relocated the factory nav to overhead. and also I took the whole fx apart, doors, hatch nose & all & changed it from the original silver to a custom black diamond pearl, I also updated all the exterior trim to the newer 07 style moldings & nose while I did that.
I did some minor bolt on stuff too, and of course wheels & suspension. I have a lot of other ideas of stuff I want to do too, some small & a few bigger ones too, glad to be here
