Hey guys I have a question about fog lights

Hey guys this is my first time here so I am really excited !
I have 2005 Infiniti FX35 and trying to upgrade my stock fog lights to HID.
I am gonna keep the stock headlights though.
But I was wondering if should go with 6000k or 8000k for my fog lights.
Which one do you think is gonna go well with the stock headlights?
I want to get 8000k because it is less bright than 6000k and I think it is gonna go well with the stock headlights. On the other, I am thinking that the 6000k will be brighter than the stock headlights so the headlights will be useless?
So what do you guys think?
Should I go with 6000k or 8000k for my fog lights?

Either one will make the OEM headlights look yellow. And your foglights will never be bright enough to make the headlights useless...unless you only need to see about 10 feet in front of you

5500k might be the closest one to stock.. i think..

Hm...

Is there a really big difference between 6000k and 8000k when it comes to driving?
And is the 8000k really look more blue than 6000k?

get 6000k .... 5000k would be better visibility ....

I agree, go with 6000K. However, when you put 6000K in your fogs, they will look so much better than your headlights. My suggestion is spend an extra $55 on top of your foglight upgrade and get some 6000K bulbs for your headlights from retrofitsoure dot com.
