Help with new QX70

Hi,
I'm new and was wondering if anyone could help answer some lease questions on a 2014 QX70 AWD Premium Deluxe lease. The best quote I got was around $639/month with first payment and DMV fees down. That was for 39 months/15k miles. Am I overpaying or does that seem like a good deal? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, is the sports package better than deluxe package?

As an alternative you might want to look at Hertz car sales, I got one 11 months old at a steal and it is mine. My monthly payments is less than a lease.
