Help with fog light module

I bought a kP Tech fog light module from a fellow member, he forgot to take the relay out from the battery compartment prior to selling his car. So I obviously need one as I can't install without it, can someone on here help me obtain one. A link to the exact one I need and how to hook it up would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to get the wrong one and or install it incorrectly. Thanks in advance

Any of these will work. You can also find them in your local Radioshack, or Autozone. You need a 12 volt, 30 or 40 amp, 4 or 5 pin universal relay.
