Help! Rear windows are being such a pain.

I have an 05 fx and both of my rear windows go down sometimes but never come up.They work perfectly from the main control in front but the rear controls not so much :/ i tried electric cleaner on them to see if it would help and once i sprayed it, the windows worked up and down but a little sluggish .............so i waited a few minutes and again it stopped working.I'm not sure what to change or if anything needs to be replaced.Any help or advice is appreciated.Thanks.
 
thanks and yeaaa my first guess would be the control on each of the rear windows but i just want to make sure ..............i dont want to start replacing things and it turns out being something else
 
Hmm, sounds to me its the rear window controller is the problem. If you find another FXer around you that willing to let you swap their rear controller into your to confirm would be awesome. What I found odd was that both rear controllers act the same its a bit suspicious though. They are about $50 each.
 
yeaaa that would be great but unfortunately i dont know anyone around with an fx and where can i get those controllers for that price? i was looking for them thanks
 
how about swapping the rear LEFT and RIGHT sides around in testing? I think they are the same orientation plugs.
 
You can also keep an eye on the regional section and look for upcoming meets. Great place to drool over each others' rides too.
