Question...What is ECU? I'm asking because I'm having the same issue with my '03 FX35

Interesting point. Thanks for sharing. Where exactly is this ground point behind the glove box? Have any pics, illustrations or links depicting this location?

You'll have to remove the glovebox. Squeeze the walls together and it will pop out.

You'll have to push a module up out of the way to access the ECU ground point.

It won't hurt it.
