Help Aftermarket amp not working

Hello all. Hoping to get a little help. I have an aftermarket alpine amp. It's been working fine since I installed it about a year or so ago. however, about a week or so ago, it stopped working. It will cut on and then shut off immediately. After some research via various google searches, it was suggested that a potential cause could be a weak battery. After checking the battery, I went ahead and decided to replace it because it was the original one from 04 ( or at least I though it was). Anyway, after replacing it with a new one, I am still have the same issue. I have check all my wires and connections to make sure everything was tight however the results are the same.

Anyone out there able to share some thoughts as to what potential issues could be causing this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the result of a protection circuit. My Denon home receiver fried a $6 connector on the main board once and the protection circuit made it behave exactly the same way. Your weak battery may have caused a problem that still needs to be addressed. I'd contact Alpine support or a distributor local to you.
