Trying to pass ny inspection and ses light is on for downstream o2 heater circuit open or shorted (p0037/P0057).
I replaced bank 1 sensor 2 after i found the front wheel driveshaft had broke, fell down and grinded apart the sensor at the base of the sensor itself (who knows how long it was being driven like that from the previous owner smh). I tested the ohms of the heater circuit on the sensor side of my new sensor and reads about 4 ohms; pretty normal I assume. but when testing the female side of the heater circuit I get nothing meaning an open circuit somewhere. I have suspicions that water may have damaged something by shorting the open wires from the previous sensor. I also have suspicions of mice maybe got into it since it sat for a year and the cabin air filter was a mess of mice nest.
Would I be better off replacing the whole harness that connects both downstream o2s and 2 other sensors?
Also what are those other 2 sensors?
Much appreciated for any help.
