I hate having VDC on, it's part of my pre-drive checklist to turn it off, along with putting on my seatbelt and hitting ok on the nav thing. When I forget to turn it off, it throws me off when it cuts power to the wheels. I sometimes turn it back on when cruising on the highway just to have on because I know it won't bother me then.
