So I made the switch, from 2010 4runner ltd to 2011rwd fx35 with prem pck. The two could not be further apart. Just picked her up today with 9 miles on it :) I liked the 20"s rims but hate wood interiors. Anyone got stock 20"s they like to sell me? I've been checking out some rides on here and I got to be honest..fxp35818 black widows fx is what made me pull the trigger so thanks to you sir. You already know black on black is where it's at. As soon I I figure out how to post pics I will.looking forward to learning a lot from this forum. :smile (2):
 
Welcome to the forum! If the wood bothers you have you considered the 3m Di-noc carbon fiber overlay?
 
welcome to IS guy. there's several things you can do/try to do. enjoy your projects..nothing better than a murdered FX (and troopered IP FX).

Wow I really can't wait to floor this thing. been keeping under 60 and under 4k rpm..per the salesman..I'm really excited..this is such a great car. I was actually kind of worried it be too stiff of a ride but it's just fine. (I had read some review about how it may not be a good daily driver because of it) My first high end luxury vehicle..can't beat the bang for the buck..I put 75 miles on it in my first day :) i got home and just sat in it for 30 mins watching the dvd movie playing with all the doo dads.. Btw is it normal that the two sets of inside lights dont come on? When i reverse then the center white lights comes on but not the red led rings around it.

Glad your enjoying it. And don't listen to reviews too much. Sometimes people tend to over exaggerate things. If you want any opinions or help, just come here and ask us.:wink:. I personally think the 2nd gen FX suspension is not too soft and not too firm, but just right it between.

Are you talking about the tail lights coming on? There is no lights around the reverse backup light. It just looks like there is, but there isn't. The only lights that are suppose to illuminate when reversing is the backup lights and of coarse your outer brake lights.
 
That's cool..yeah if ya wanna meet up sometime on a sat night or something be cool. We can cruise down westheimer like back in the day lol..I dunno if people still do that..
