Heated seats not getting hot

If they are anything like my old 05 your seats will never get "hot" only warm even on the high setting. Mine has been like this since day one.
 
If it's just "warm" then welcome to Infiniti.
If it's really not turning on, then perhaps a fuse or some other malfunction.

I have same issue , 2017 QX70 39,000 miles and I turn button on high and I’m not feeling any warmth at all ! My 2009 heated seats worked wonderful ! I buy a newer one with way less miles and no heat
 
Just weighing in here as my wife is still mad at me for not being able to fix our drivers side seat heater

Here is what I know

- the cooling function works perfectly
- when I select heat however it will come on for 20-40 seconds and then completely turn off (both the fan and the light)

Passenger side works normally

Any thoughts / recommendations?
