Headunit or amp????

Well our 05 Fx is getting handed down to our daughter, so I've been doing some updates on the car.
Couple months ago the radio reception was bad, then the front speakers stopped working but the backs stayed were good. So today i pulled the tire and sub unit to get to the speaker amp in the back right coner. Took it out and opened it up, nothing appears to be scorched or bad. The shop that wrapped the window trim [emoji2] said it is probably one of the channels in the amp. I'm not sure if i should send the old in to bose or a shop., or go on flea bay and hope it works.
What u guys think? My kid is driving me nuts for some tunes... What should i do?
