Headlights.. very noob question

hey guys this might sound like a stupid question but, ive noticed on some of the FX's on here, have both bulbs on each headlight on (if that makes sense?) however on my 09 fx only the main headlight and the fogs turn on. my day time running lights are installed into my fogs so that they are on during the day. my question is how do i get both the main bulbs on? more specifically i want to get the look of FXtions headlights.

So you want all the lights to be on at once? Is that what your saying?

No, If you want all the lights, including fogs on w/headlights.. You have to do some wiring I beleive.
