heading up to seattle, are there any good shops?

Not that I hsve found. Through trial and error I have located some solid install shops buts are online, through iS or the ORG.
 
Intec Racing in Kent is an Uprev protuner and knows their way around an FX, I've seen a couple modded ones in there getting engine/suspension work done as well as tuning
 
Intec does UPREV but their dyno is RWD only they have to take an educated guess when it come to AWD. They are pretty well known though and their tuner tech knows his stuff.......engine don't know other than basic intake work, tranny work they send out, suspension I am sure they can handle.
