HD Screen upgrade

I have installed Apple Carplay and its working perfectly fine. One little disturbance is the low resolution original touchscreen. There is a higher Resolution 1280x720 touchscreen available on Ali Express shop Lsail for 886 USD which is just much better price than the Nifty City kit. Has someone tried it and can share the experience? Thanks
