Has anyone used these bulbs?

Wow! $50 for a pair of light bulbs? thats way up there lol I just ordered a full LED kit for the interior + 194s for the rear license plates but passed on these bulbs bcz of their price. I think they were cheaper at around $40 but still more than what I wanted to spend considering the regular replacement bulbs are just a few bucks. Would hate to have a set of these and have a bulb go out haha

That is crazy. I have complete LED interior Kits for $59.99. And they come with every bulb to change out the inside of your car PLUS license plate lights.

Well, high quality bulbs are pretty expensive. I paid $60 bucks for a pair of high powered reverse lights. When I say "high-power" It's bright enough to sort of blind you, if you look at them directly. I needed high powered bulbs to shine through the vinyl I put over the tail lights of my M35.

Where did u find dat kit u got??? Any pics of how ur LEDs look???

I used autolumination and superbrightleds before and their quality is questionable. I buy all my leds from v-leds.com. From my experience, their leds are the brightest and the best quality.

Are LED's surpass the quility of Superbrightleds.com and they are made at the same place a V-LED's, you just don't get the price tag, or the $20 fancy wrapper lol.

So... if we put switchbacks in our turn signals, are they plug and play and will they work (light up white w/o blinkers on, and light up amber w/ blinkers on)?

If they do work, i'd be interested in a set for the FX

They state that they are indeed turn signals and that is the application for our cars. Also you will need two load equalizers which they also sell. I think they would be trick as hell in our headlights the only concern I have it the length of the bulbs and them hitting the headlight cover as they seem to be rather long. Also with the load equalizers, I would not want to cut the stock wire to install them so this is why I was asking if anyone had any experience with them. I have bought other bulbs from this vender and they are all very high quality with fast shipping.

The size of the bulb should be ok. I have a similar set of tower LED bulbs by V-LEDs that fits into the turn signal without problems.

As for load resistors - i'm not so concerned about hyper-flashing as that is an easy fix. You can build your own resistor or buy one from other sellers for cheaper.

I always thought that flashbacks only work in vehicles where your turnsignal is always lit, and begins to flash w/ blinker on. Going to PM the seller

Dear Customer,

Yes those LED bulbs should be compatible with the front turn signal, you will have to tap the existing wire from the bulb to the parking lights for the parking mode to function on the bulb.

Basically to get them to work we have to either tap power from the DTRLs into the turn signal, or another power source (i.e. battery if you want the switchbacks on all the time...)

I have not attempted the switchbacks yet... thinking about purchasing the VLED ones but shopping around for other options. I'm going to wire in a resistor later today and throw in amber LED turnsignals.

Marus also stated that he used switchbacks before in the FX. Will try PMing him also...

Did you follow through and get the switchbacks? I am interested to know the results and how hard it was to install.
