half a second throttle lag?

Hi FXers everywhere!

I have an FX35 2008, recently I have been noticing that when I press down the gas pedal the engine lags like half a second or sometimes a second to respond and start revving.

Any ideas guys?
 
Old plugs, dirty air filter, needs new fluids? Good luck finding the issue and keep us informed. Thanks

Not sure about the 35s, but I know on 45s this lag is well known, even on when 45s were new. Many 45 drivers disable VDC to help reduce the lag but some lag is still there. I recall seeing that the 7 speed FXs did not suffer from the lag.
 
Chiming in here that I have been experiencing this problem recently. Has anyone been able to resolve it?
