My KYBs are collecting dust and last I heard H&Rs were backordered till mid April. Now one of the distributors is saying late May!!! Did not want Eibachs before, and def don't want them now that some are snapping. Any other thoughts err ideas other than just putting my shocks on cuz I am north of 50k and ride is gettin a lil bumpy...

Yeah we will see. H&R says that they are on "permanent" backorder so they have hundreds of orders that need to be filled and they are not making the springs right now so are not taking anymore orders. I am actually considering the Eibachs now if I can get more info on possible causes of the springs issues and if it might have been remedied with the newest ones produced.

i wish i had saved up money sooner to get them.. when they were in stock.

I wonder what the hold up is.

Love my eibachs.... Love the handling, the ride, the looks.. I'm all about performance.. And they performance it's outstanding.. Hopefully they won't snap.. If they do I will just get them again. Love them. I had ride on fxes with H&R and I wasn't impress, it felt a oil bit better than stock.. Eibach are not the best "soft" ride out there but they do a great job. But to each their own.. Hope you like whatever you get!!

I did some reading on here and the org and eibachs seem like a strong alternate as long as you are not in a heavy snow area and/or check them for corrosion occassionally. I do want a sporty ride and take curves like a madman so will prolly make the decision soon. The ride can't be any worse then my current stock setup north of 50k miles so should be an improved ride either way on new KYBs and Eibachs.

Cuz he owns them -

No sense in the debate.
if you want a softer ride - get the H&R's
if you want a sportier/stiffer ride the eibachs

Maybe one is better, if someone can prove it. For me the H&R's were much better. Local and really cheap. Can't pass that up.

has anyone done an air suspension?
here's some for the FX35/45....

I saw a setup before where the car lowered itself when you armed/locked it with the remote.
That would be pretty trick to have the fx slam down on it's own as your walking away from it.
I know it would make it that much easier to get into when your comming out of the bar completly smashed heh.... j/k

(or am I?)

Hey I found a kit on ebay and it has rookie's FX in the picture! Wonder if he knows about this or seen it.
