I have been trying to decide if I want to run H&R springs on my fx, from the threads I read everyone seems to be happy with them. I was just worried that I would look like some of the hondas bouncing down the road here in Chicagoland. Im glad to read that wont be the case. I do have a few questions.... strut bearings? should they be replaced? I have 42,XXX miles on my 06. Is there any type of break in period the springs before an alignment? Last thing, H&R part number #53043
Thanks for everyones input!

Part number is correct. Most people get an alignment within a couple weeks, because it's kind of accepted that springs settle after that amount of time. I think I put it off for mine because I was getting new tires soon, and didn't want to align twice. H&R's usually do ok with no alignment, but there's always an exception.

Im in the burbs, Naperville. Thanks for everyones help. Are there any special struts/shocks that work best with the H&R springs? Thanks again!

i did mine and i didnt changed the strut bearings... now i have to do it.. when i changed my struts and springs.. the bearings look good.. i guess they werent good enought... so installing new one wont hurt.
